Doug Mirabelli's reaction today, after learning that MASN broadcaster Gary Thorne had outed him as the source of a rumor stating that Curt Schilling had painted his sock red as a publicity stunt in the 2004 World Series:"What? Are you kidding me? He's [expletive] lying. A straight lie. I never said that. I know it was blood. Everybody knows it was blood."
Dougie then threatened to tear Thorne's ears off his head,* because he's an enormous badass who won't tolerate lies about his boy Schilling.
